Matthew 20:25-28

Matthew 20:25) But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them.
Matthew 20:26) “Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.
Matthew 20:27) “And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave–
Matthew 20:28) “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

“The least is the greatest.” That’s something that Jesus said. We all serve God in someway, shape, or form; whether it be ministry, construction, cooking, and so on. We need to serve those who are both our spiritual brothers, and our unsaved neighbors… we serve them by trying to convert them, we serve them by comforting them in time of despair, we serve them by feeding them when they are hungry, we serve them and by doing so we serve the Lord.
