Isaiah 42:1-4

4 04 2012

Isaiah 42:1) “Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.
Isaiah 42:2) He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.
Isaiah 42:3) A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth.
Isaiah 42:4) He will not fail nor be discouraged, Till He has established justice in the earth; And the coastlands shall wait for His law.”

God will not lay on us more than we can handle, He doesn’t seek to crush us under the Devil’s foot, but want’s us to crush him under ours. Justice is supposed to be blind… but in society today, laws protect criminals more than they do the victims of crimes. Laws are being twisted over backwards; bribery is running wild, where anyone with enough money is automatically innocent… even if the whole world know’s he’s guilty. But God’s justice cannot be subverted, it will be true, and you can’t bribe your way out of punishment. The only way to forgiveness is belief in Jesus Christ and repentance of your sins. As Jesus says, “Go and sin no more.”
